Effective: 6 October 2026We collect information you voluntarily provide for a trip enquiry, such as name, phone number, departure city, travel dates, group size, budget and preferences.
How information is used
We use it to prepare quotations, communicate about your trip, coordinate bookings and provide customer support. Information is shared with hotels, transporters or other suppliers only when needed to quote or fulfil an approved booking.
Payments and identity documents
Do not send card PINs, passwords or OTPs. If identity documents are required for a confirmed booking, we will explain why and where they are being shared.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information that we no longer need, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
